Industrial paper is usually thick, hard, or contains a large amount of recycled paper fibers (sandpaper, impurities), which requires extremely high wear resistance and impact resistance of the blades. If the quality of the blade is poor, it is prone to breakage and rapid wear, resulting in burrs and collapsed edges on the edges of the cardboard box, which affects the appearance and structural strength of the packaging. If there is a slight deviation or paper dust on the cutting edge, it can cause serious paper jams or damage to the printer toner cartridge when feeding at high speed in copiers or printers.
