Our company
Ma'anshan Henglida Machinery Blade Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. After more than 30 years of deep cultivation and precipitation, the company has now developed into a national high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales, and technical services of mechanical cutting blades and bending machine dies.
The company specializes in producing hard alloy blades, high-precision mechanical blades, and bending machine dies. The products involve metal strip processing, sheet metal processing, paper-making, pulp and paper industry, household paper, plastic film, food processing, metallurgy and chemical industry, rubber tires, textile and chemical fiber, as well as various packaging and printing industries. Among them, the hard alloy series blades and the HLD series high alloy materials are well-known throughout the country. The round blades and high-precision longitudinal cutting disc blades, the lithium battery electrode slitting blades and bending machine molds, have reached the international advanced level. The company has a variety of advanced processing equipment and high-precision testing equipment: CNC lathes, milling machines, CNC machining centers, multifunctional five axis machining centers, flat grinding, circular table grinding, high-precision double end face grinding, high-precision inner and outer circular grinding, alloy sintering furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnaces, cryogenic equipment, Zeiss coordinate measuring equipment, Taylor roundness tester, Keyence image measuring instrument, Sanfeng micrometer, Hexagon articulated arm, etc. The company has more than 100000m2 manufacturing facility, more than 400 employees, outfitted with approximately 500 semi-automated machine tools and around 200 testing instruments. Senior technicians account for about 50% of our total staff and new products researchers take about 20%.
