Corrugated paper and packaging materials
All the various processing procedures of paper boxes cannot do without special industrial blades. The corrugated paperboard production line uses ultra-thin paper-separating blades to divide large sheets, and slotting blades to complete the cutting of paper box openings and pressure lines, resulting in neat cuts without edge bulges. The flat die-cutting machine is equipped with forming knife molds, which can once complete the one-time punching of various shapes and ventilation holes for color boxes, express boxes, and food paper boxes. The cutting circular blades cut the rolled cardboard and gray board paper into strips, and the cross-cutting tools precisely shape the sheets to the standard size. The trimming knife removes the excess edges of the paper boxes, and the waste material crusher blade shreds the paper scraps for recycling and reuse. The blades are made of high-carbon steel and hard alloys, which are sharp and wear-resistant, suitable for high-speed production lines. The cutting process produces little paper debris, does not collapse the paperboard corrugations, stably controls the size accuracy of the paper boxes, and improves the appearance quality and processing capacity of the cartons.
